We got distracted - Michael Nus

Finally, after a lot of humming and hawing, I formed a band. I’ve been talking about this for a while but never had the chance to pull the trigger on it. Lately, however, I’ve returned to being a fountain of creativity.

The last time I was this way I started a band in BC and it did rather well in record time. If anything can totally make me lose my focus on things it’s making music and pushing a band. It’s because I get so passionate about the music that I make that everything else takes a bit of a back seat.

I think time around I am more balanced and I should be able to keep the expression balanced with the sustenance and love in keeping with the Holy Trinity of Happiness.

Despite our quickly rising star, my last band exploded because our chemistry was just not good. This time around I am taking a more casual approach at the outset and making sure to do this with people I know well and respect for more than just their musicianship. So the lineup is currently as follows and I could not be happier about my selection.

We don’t have a name yet so I’d love to hear what your ideas are in the comments below. We tried using mass amounts of liquor last night to help get the creative juices flowing but unfortunately the booze and pretty waitress only got the testosterone flowing. Fail.
