Toronto sucks

Today I felt creative so I will post a song for you in a slightly different format. Listen to this then read on for a brand new song written by me!

Here’s a song I wrote that was inspired by this song by Three Dead Trolls in a Baggie as a heart-felt reply.

I think it really all depends on the people around you. I call it social lubricant. I used to live in BC, away from my family and Toronto crew and it sucked for the first little bit. But after I made good friends, it rocked. No man is an island.

I'll agree with you there. London's only saving grace was the people. Still go once a month to hang out with them. But having pretty much grown up in Winnipeg and Thunderbay, even the best of friends there couldn't entice me to stay.

Actually I think this song is commonly mistaken for an Arrogant Worms song. Even when I searched grooveshark for it under Arrogant Worms it didn't show up.

Interestingly, I just found this on the Arrogant Worms website:
“we do not sing, or have ever sung,

* The Toronto Song,
* The Ontario Song,
* Toronto Sucks or
* Ontario Sucks. “

…Meaning, it was incorrectly labeled by whomever uploaded it for downloading. If they mention it on their website, it's likely a common mistake. I'll have to change it in my playlist.
