Right after I posted my first blog post I got a call from @randeepk inviting me out for some craft burger and then a meet up with some folks at Hemingway’s in Yorkville. It was nice to also link up with @jeremywright, @mhp, @davidakermanis, @rochlatinksy and @renee3

I’ve been on a bit of a bender since starting as a volunteer stage manager NXNE and it dovetailed into MMVA festivities. In that time I discovered more bars and venues than I’ve ever gone to since I left Toronto originally 6 years ago to live on the West coast and NYC.

Tonight was particularly special because I was with good friends and learned that I am cancer-free and smiling so, time to drink!

My Blackberry has a pretty OK camera so from time to time I take some decent videos of stupid shit that happens to me and the crew.

Here’s one of a complete stranger who I was able to convince to do something dumb, but funny. Sometimes I think I have the persuasive powers of the devil. Other times it’s flatulence.

Anyway, every person I’ve showed this to gets a shocked look on their face so let’s see if this goes viral (hint hint):
